Summary: Oct 29, 2024 before I left … I ask for room to be cleaned before returning with clean towels. The room haven’t been clean nor anything.Sane things I had on the floor for house cleaning still there. Gone back to the desk to ask for towel the girl stay on her phone like she didn’t want to answer, two clots and out shower foot towel. Oct 31 checking out day earlier she act there a problem. This at 9am. It’s a good hotel if u stay just over night never no help due to no one at de sk ever. Call on the phone never no help

Summary: Haven’t been in the South in years next time I will stay at Air B&B. When I arrived they only had 1 room ready and ask would I like to look at the room before they swipe my credit it’s no refund. First red flag. Checked out the room it didn’t look bad for a 2 star hotel. I choose to come come back later in the day to see if there would be more rooms ready. Came back they only had the room I looked at early. Being a 2 star I had cleaning supplies and bed in a bag ready I was not sleeping on them sheet. We re cleaned the room, sprayed the room with bug spray also sprayed the bed with bed bug spray. Over all the hotel is old I will not be taken my family back there

Summary: understand construction is going on. bathroom was not very clean. otherwise it was ok. glad the bug stuation was addressed. we did not see any roaches.
